The Doha 2016 Bid Committee

With the full support of The Amir of Qatar, His Highness Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani and Heir Apparent His Highness Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani, Doha 2016 is assembling a bid team that is committed to bringing the 2016 Olympic dream to Doha.

Heading the Bid Team as its Chairman is Mr Hassan Ali Bin Ali, a prominent figure in Qatar. He is a successful businessman and is also the chairman of the Shafallah Center for Children with Special Needs, a world class facility which provides comprehensive services to children with disabilities and special needs.
